Position: Client Acquisition Specialist
Role Description:
You will be responsible for identifying and connecting with dental practices that can benefit from VirtuPros’ virtual staffing solutions. This includes building relationships with prospective clients, generating and qualifying leads, presenting our services, addressing objections, and closing deals to grow our client base.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, client acquisition, or a similar customer-facing role with a strong track record of closing deals
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including lead generation, social media marketing, email marketing, and related strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage business owners and decision-makers
- Knowledge of the dental industry or dental practice operations is a strong plus
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
