Position: Training Coordinator (Virtual)

Key Requirements:

  • Must be of legal age and a Filipino citizen residing in the Philippines
  • Available full-time and dedicated to consistent working hours
  • Willing to work during client’s business hours or assigned time zones
  • Quiet, professional home workspace (neutral background, good lighting)
  • Previous experience in training, onboarding, or L&D coordination (experience in healthcare or staffing industry is an advantage)
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Proficiency with tools like Zoom, Google Workspace, and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Proof of education (College diploma/Transcript of Records)
  • 2 forms of Government-issued IDs
  • NBI Clearance
  • Certificate of Registration (BIR Form 2303)

System/Technical Requirements:

  • Operating System: Windows 10 or macOS 11+
  • CPU: Intel Core i5, Ryzen 5 or higher
  • Memory (RAM): 8GB or more
  • Storage: SSD preferred, at least 256 GB
  • Internet speed (download): at least 25 Mbps
  • Internet speed (upload): at least 10 Mbps
  • Connection Type: Wired (LAN) is preferred; stable WiFi may be acceptable
  • Headset with noise-cancelling microphone
  • Webcam (HD720p/1080p 16:9)
  • Dual monitor setup recommended but not required
